Seni Seneviratne, a writer of English and Sri Lankan heritage, is published by Peepal Tree Press.  Her collection, Unknown Soldier (2019) was highly commended in the Forward Poetry Prizes 2020.  She has collaborated with film-makers, visual artists, and musicians.  In 2023, she embarked on The Unknown Soldier Tour performing a moving one-woman performance and sharing a multi-media installation with museums and venues all over the UK.

Her latest collection, The Go-Away Bird (Peepal Press) was published Autumn 2023. ‘In this collection, the connecting thread is the bird, both in its observed physical otherness and as an image that carries cultural and historical resonances…As a poet who balances careful observation with imaginative flight, Seni Seneviratne addresses both heart and mind'.’
